Return policy

We understand the importance of a perfect fit and want you to feel confident in your purchase. So we’ve established the following policy:

  • 7-Day return window: If your ring doesn’t fit as expected, or you're not satisfied with your order for any reason, you may return and recieve a full refund 

  • Exchange for Defective or Incorrect Items: If your item arrives damaged or does not match your order, we will offer an exchange within 7 days of delivery.

  • Custom & Engraved Items: Due to the personalized nature of custom and engraved pieces, they are not eligible for return or exchange.

Please note for return/exchanges, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item(s). We will ship out your replacement free of charge once only.

Shop responsibly and keep in mind that you are purchasing from independent designer brand, not a large scale / volume retailer / importer ;)
